Our artists using the form can't upload their images.

We are having artists who are not able to upload their images with Jotform. 

Why is it that they are limited? 

You can increase the limit size in the File Upload properties page. To do that, please follow this guide:

1. Open the form.
2. Select the File Upload field and click the Properties button.
3. Go to the Options and set the Limit File Size to your own preferences.
