Is there a way to prevent a canceled PayPal checkout on a form submission from going back to an empty form?

Thanks, that worked. Both forms seem to be working now. However, upon testing the PayPal integration, I identified a new problem. Users that fill out the form can come back to the form later using the link. However, once the form has been submitted and the user is redirected to PayPal, the user must pay the bill or the data gets lost. If the user doesn't pay and then tries to go back to the form using the link they have to start over again with a blank form. Is there a setting in JotForm to prevent this from happening?

Please note that when a user reaches the PayPal checkout page and then, for any reason, does not complete the payment, be it by closing the window or failing to pay or anything, this creates an incomplete payment submission, and you can access these by following our guide on how to do so here: https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/

In light of the above, the user in fact sent a submission, but the payment side of it was not complete, which is why they return again to an empty form instead of the previous submission.

I hope this clarifies the behavior you kindly described. If you need further assistance please let us know. We will be happy to help. Thank you.
