The best way for you to inspect a form created in another account is to clone the form to your account following this guide — How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Once you are on the builder page of the form, go to Settings > Conditions to view all the conditions created in the form. I would also suggest you inspect the fields and their properties. Widgets, like the Form Calculation widget in that form, should also be inspected from its Widget Settings by clicking the field and clicking the wand icon on the right.

Also, there is a guide where you can learn how to get date and time differences — Mastering-Date-and-Time-Calculation
