Payment Error: Error during transaction

    Hello,

     

    I am working on this form https://www.jotform.com/build/72351270221443 and the Authorize.net integration is throwing an error.  I have contacted them and they say:

     

    in addition to the Merchant ID 5855779 and the TID 1990958, you also need to provide Authorize.net our merchant #48124474996

     

    Any thoughts on what we are doing wrong?

    We are currently not having any issues with the Authorize.Net payment integration. I checked your form and I can see that the payment field is configured correctly. I can also verify that the Sandbox is disabled.

    Please make sure that the API Login ID and Transaction Key are correct. If the issue is still the same, please try to generate a new Transaction Key from Authorize.Net. Here's a guide: https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A682.

    Also, you may verify if the payment integration is working by clicking the "Verify" button in the payment settings.
