Hello. I have added an ftp folder on my server for file uploads and it works well.

Since I have my files uploading to my server, Are the files stored exclusivly on my server or is there now a copy on jotform and my server? Also, if I'm using my own ftp, does this remove any file size or space limitations?

    Thanks for your help

    Hi,

All files that are being uploaded through forms created using JotForm will be saved in your jotform submissions page. This serves as your backup copy if you have FTP or Dropbox configured in your form.

You can however free some space in your account by deleting some files or upgrade to professional account for more space allocations.

If you want to upload files straight into your own server, you have to subscribe to our specialized JotForm solutions, particularly JotForm Application. JotForm Application allows you to deploy JotForm into your own server, giving you complete control and access to your data through your own server.
