I have attempted to add {submissionID} and {submissionDate} to emails, but the fields do not populate. Is this even possible?

    Thank you.

Will the {DATE} always be the same as the "Submission Date" added to the JotForm database?

    Also,

is there way to access the {ID} with the calculated field?

The next questions were about a different feature of the form. I created a separate discussion thread for them here
