We want to allow our users to use a JotForm for credit submissions, but need a way to make administrating/approving the submissions easy for our staff. Ideally, we'd like to have the ability for staff to purge or delete submissions without having to login to the dashboard of JotForm.com; can this be done other than via manual deletions in the submissions section on a form in the dashboard?

Unfortunately, this not possible as for now . However, this can be a good addition for our next round of implementations in the future if we notice an increasing number of people requesting it. Let me forward it to the our development team so they can have it into the feature request list

Correction. This is actually possible: You can give users access to the only submissions page. Then your staff can delete the entries without logging into your account.
To accomplish this, go to the submissins page, and click on the settings icon. Then, set a password for the submissions page. Then you will be given a URL. Send that URL and the password to your staff.
