Not able of receiving the notification

    Hi Support, I´m not able of receiving the notification at an email address other than of that in my account. Even if I change the field "Recipient Email" on the envelope. It keeps sending the notification to my account email when I click "Test Email" or through my form. The sender is setup to "JotForm" e sender email to "noreply@jotform.com". 

    Can you give me a hand?

    Hi,

    I checked your form and can confirm that emails are sent to your email;

    Can you try to use a different email like gmail or yahoo and test if you can get the alerts.

    Please can you try to whitelist Jotform's mail sever Ips as follows;
