Your Plans and Pricing matrix leaves a lot of questions about the actual Feature set of each plan! The four columns hit the highlights. But, when you click on the column, you should be taken to a page that lists a lot more detail and explanation of the complete feature and benefits package of each plan, especially since you don't offer phone support! Clicking the individual plan columns only takes you to the same pricing/order pop-up as the "Upgrade" button. I had to write for additional information about a plan I was considering, and was told about the number of sub-accounts that were allowed with one of them. Nowhere on your Plan page does it mention sub-accounts! What else are we not knowing about your paid services???

This is a re-post of a comment on How to Share Forms with a Sub-Account User

    The limits between plans are:

    1) Monthly submissions.

    2) Monthly payments.

    3) Upload space.

    4) Forms creations.

    5) Form views.

    6) And the totalof sub-users you can add in your account.

Please note that the sub-user feature is not meant to inherit account benefits, it is just meant to share forms with someone else:

I appreciate the additional information you provided. But, are you saying JotForm doesn't have a complete feature set matrix to send its customers, even if its not online (like most other online tech companies have)? Very disappointing, for a company I'm about to spend money with!

Would you please forward this suggestion to your backend team to please provide additional plan details and information about each plan as links from each of the 4 plans (columns on your current matrix), rather than having them duplicate the "Upgrade" buttons payment pop-ups.

Nowhere in your matrix does it say how many "sub-user" accounts you can have for any of your plans! That's why I'm concerned about what else we don't know about.

I have forwarded this suggestion to our back-end team.

Just to let you know, the sub-users limit of each plan is:

    1) Free: 1 sub-users

    2) Bronze: 3 sub-users

    3) Silver: 10 sub-users

    4) Gold: 100 sub-users
