Is there any other payment integration that handles subsriptions and has phone support?

Hi, 

I wrote earlier about selling subscription type products. I currently use square with jotform and cannot store customers card information to charge them their childs monthly art lessons tuition each month.

This is a must for my company and has been a real pain making each customer that signs up online, then come into the office to fill out a form that they thought was already taken care of.

Someone at jotfrm mentioned stripe for subscriptions. This merchant payment backend is confusing and they have no phone support? Image that.lol

Anyway... is there another merchant service processor that you guys offer that can help with my needs?

I have been with jotform for a minute now, seriously, and have got to get this figured out or go somewhere else. Great forms but need them to function for my business needs. 

I see the thread you opened previously regarding your concern in this thread. We will be glad to help you with your concern, there are other available payment integrations that handle subscriptions.

May I suggest you also check and try if our Authorize.Net, Braintree, or PayPal Pro payment integrations and see if any of it would meet your requirements.

All of it has a way to collect credit card payments and sell subscriptions. Plus, they also have phone support.
