Heading is not displayed correctly in notification emails.

I have two relative similar forms. SRF and SAFIR.

When the SRF forms is brining submitted it goes out to a few specific person as mail and attachment. However in the mail attachment the headline for the SRF os SAFIR. I have plowed the edit form section but cannot find SAFIR mentioned any where.

You need to edit your form's notification email alert template and then change the heading to desired text. Please check the screenshot below on how to edit notification email template:
