Can you please advise why my account has been suspended please?

Your account (Blissfulbmim) is currently suspended. The form (Infant Massage Enrolment Form) is asking for credit card information using regular text fields.
If you need to collect payments from your users, you need to use one of our payment processors.
We need to delete the guilty fields so that we can reactivate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know.
We will wait for your reply. Thank you.
