When we receive a request from our online form we have been receiving this example:
Name: Test Tourism
Your Message: Test Tourism<br />
PO Box 907<br />
In the message of the form, whenever someone hits the enter key to start a new line it leaves the html code <br />. The requests on the jotform site don't show this line break. When it is delivered to our gmail account it show the line break which has recently begun to show up. How do we remove the line break?
