Account: Form submissions is over the limit

    Hello I apparently reached my limit although i thought i had a ways to go.  However, I deleted my submissions and now i have zero data.  Shouldn't the account be active again?  I'm not sure if i am keeping my eccomerce host so i don't want to buy a subscription until i know what am doing.  Can my account be turned back on?
