I am trying to get into my account to see what I can do about the fact that we've received an email stating we've exceeded out limit for forms. This is an integral part of our business and we need this resolved ASAP. Thank you for your speedy help.

You did not mention why you cannot log in to your account.
I reviewed the account/username caringpathways and I see it is Active and available.
It is just the account was already in Overlimit Status due to exceeded limits. But the account should still be accessible.
The email logs also shows you trigger password reset already. Is there any problem using the login page? Please try log in using your username again.
Let us know if issue persist.
