Weblink not linking to Jotform forms

my web link is giving my customers problems. They can't get to the form unless they type in the address manually.

Let me clarify here. You have embedded a form into a webpage and your customers cannot access it right? So you give them the stand alone form URL right?

In this case we can try using an alternative embed method. The iFrame embed method ensures the embedded form behaves identically to the stand alone form:

Note if you are using a web platform we would probably need to use a specific embed method. So please let me know if you embed your form in Shopify, WordPress, etc.
