I have created a price quote form for people to order custom holiday cards, but I'm wondering if it's possible for the customer to fill in a top quantity amount, and then just select various options with a radio buttom (such as attached photos, color edging, return address printing...etc) and the form would automatically take the quantity filled in at the top and multiply it by the additional items selcted.
If I'm not explaining this correctly just let me know! Thanks so much in advance!

This should indeed be possible. You can assign options calculation values:
Then perform calculations on those values in a calculation field:
That total can be passed to the payment field if necessary:
This setup allows for much more customization of options and costs associated with those options than the payment field does with products.

One last thing, is it possible to have the "Total" be in USD dollar amounts?

If you simply want to insert a $ before the value, insert the symbol before the first field in your calculation:
