I was able to see the issue as well on the published form on your website page.

Can you please try first re-embedding the form again on the website. This time use the form iframe code embed instead.

Tried this solution as well as the third party solution for Adobe Muse,
which is the application that I'm using. Still to no avail. The 'Submit'
is still not showing. Please advise.

I have fixed this issue in your form by injecting the following custom css code:

.supernova .form-all, .form-all {

    height: 1400px !important;

}

I would suggest you to please test your embedded form and get back to us if the issue persists.
