I have not been getting the submission forms via email since Aug 25th. I have to go to the Jot Form site to retrieve the submissions.
Can you take a look and see what is happening?

I have checked the email history for the addresses on your forms and noticed the emails were successfully sent, you could also check your email history by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
I would also recommend you to check your spam/junk folder since may be that your emails ended up there, marking them as safe or not spam should help you to receive future emails in your inbox folder.

You could also ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses, you will find such info on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
