I just upgraded my plan to sliver accommodate more form submissions

    But under my account it still reads "Bronze" and I am prompted to upgrade. Please help.

    Our records shows that there isn't any new subscription for your account username "thmr", besides the Bronze yearly subscription. Please provide us with any reference number, or subscription ID to locate this new upgrade you just did, we will be glad to assist you.
