Something is wrong with your website, building a form is unresponsive at times and I tried to contact support three times and received the message “Spam Check Failed”

This is very frustrating because this has been an ongoing issue for a couple of weeks but it seems to have gotten worse.

I reviewed your account/username dominik479  and it is Active and forms are available. I did not find any related issue that will prevent you posting on our Support Forum.

The screen message “Spam Check Failed” is related to not being logged in to the account/username.
