is it possible, if our customer selects an answer to provide another page to "pop up" so they don't need to complete our entire form?

For our returning customers I'm trying to simplify the reservation process for our Ski Haus reservation form.  If they've rented before I would like them to be able to have a different form pop up and they only need to supply names & date of when they will be arriving.

I assume you were referring to 2 forms involved.

The (1) form used when they rented before and the (2) form they need to supply names & date only

You can make it so, that the 1st form can copy/duplicate initial existing data into the 2nd form.
