In my form I create a field "Accept terms" and I need to the person who will send the form to accept. Yesterday one person tried to answer it but he couldnt and he couldnt see what was written. Could be a bug?

I did a test submission to your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's a screen capture of my test submission:
I will clear your form cache from our server. If the issue persists, try using a different internet browser. Please try it again and let us know how it goes.
