I created a form and it can be shown online without any problem. But when I want to create a PDF Form it stops on "Working" and is not downloading the form at all. Tried it on Firefox, Safari and Chrome and could not download a PDF Form.
May I know what can be the problem and how can I fix this?

Thanks a lot. It worked. But there is another problem. The PDF Form is not created correctly. I need to break the pages and it is not doing it in a right way. Please see attached photos.

I tried to upload the photos but I can't upload anything!
The problem is that the PDF is very messy. Questions between pages are missing and boxes for ticking are mixed with word.
Is it the only way jotform creates PDF form?

I did clone your form and changed the layout to legacy layout. I was able to download the PDF form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

Create PDF function is fixed for the forms in the new form layout. You can convert any of your forms to PDF without having a problem. However, I checked your form by cloning to my side. Unfortunately, a field is missing and signature field has an alignment problem on the PDF layout. The assigned developer to this ticket has already been informed. Once the problem is fixed, you will be notified via this thread.
