I have created a form which will be promoted through the use of an email sent to a customer. They will then click a link and complete the survey. This customer will not be required to provide any details such as name, email etc.
I was wondering if the form would be intuitive enough to automatically pick up the customers e-mail address from which they clicked on the link to complete the form? This way we can see which customers completed the survey without them having to provide this information? Or is there any solution that could help with this automatically?

I believe you are looking for a way to prepopulate data in the form fields. In this way, once the customer opens the form, the prepopulated values will appear on the form. It is possible to pass values to the form through the URL.
I suggest you use the Field Prepopulator App. This application allows you to fill the fields you would like your users to see pre-filled and produces the generated URL to send to your client. Here's the link: http://prepopulate.jotform.io/.
If you want to do it manually, please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
