I have recently upgraded my paypal account to "payments pro" in order to process payments with a jot form, but the forms are not working when we try to process payments. Can you help? Attached is a screen shot of what it says when we try to process payment.
The sooner you can answer the better, as people are trying to register as we speak.

Hello Jamie. The error appears because you might have not yet accepted the merchant agreement in your Paypal account. Please make sure you have accepted the merchant agreement in your PayPal after your Pro account has been approved.
If the error still persists, please contact Paypal's support.
