Upon opening an attachment, the screen on JotForm shows: Whoops!

Upon checking your email address (email@example.com), it has no associated account here in JotForm. If you do not have an account, please sign up to create a free account then open the link again.
The link you have provided is associated with the account username (ApartofMelb). I can see that image submission properly.
