How do I populate all of my t shirt orders once people order and pay?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to display the selected product of paypal tool in submission?

I did check the submissions you have received in your form and the reason it is not displaying any product is because users have not selected any product when the form was submitted. Please note that your PayPal payment tool is not a required field and it can be skipped when submitting form. 

I would suggest you to submit your form again by selecting one of the product, the submissions & email will display the selected product. I would also suggest you to please make your Paypal payment tool a required field so that users will have to select product before submitting form. Please check the screenshot below:
