Unfortunately, we cannot whitelist an email address to our system. It means that you cannot permanently keep out an email address to be added to the bounce list. However, you can prevent this from happening by following this guide: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues.

The bounce list is a feature wherein the email address will be added to the list if the emails coming from JotForm are being rejected by the email recipient.

Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will be marked as "block/rejected". After that, the recipient address will be added to the bounce list.

One of the purposes of the bounce list is to determine if there are any errors in sending emails to the recipients. Here are some examples:

    1. Mailbox is full
    2. Email address is non-existent
    3. Incorrect email address
    4. Blocked by your email provider

If your email address is constantly being added to the list, I suggest you use your own SMTP server as the Sender Email. Here's a guide: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.

If you want, you can contact your ISP and have them whitelist our default email list and sender domains. Here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
