Copyright, License, Trademark commercial re-sale question.

Our company provides many services and for one of these services we would like to use a JotForm to collect information from our clients.  While we reviewed your online resources and this does not seem to be in any violation we would like to confirm that using your platform in the process of performing our service commercially for clients is not in anyway a violation.  Thank you for your time in reviewing this.

You will not violate our Terms of Use if you are just going to use the forms to collect information from our clients. However, if you are going to resell Jotform to your customers, then that's against our Terms of Use. Here's the excerpt from our Terms of Use:

No Resale Of JotForm Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion (except for your User Submissions, to which Company agrees you retain all rights) of the JotForm Service, use of the JotForm Service, or access to the JotForm Service.

Note that if you are going to create forms for your client's website, you may consider creating a separate account for them so they will have their own limits and account to access. Your clients can also add you as their sub-user account. This way, you do not need their login information.

Thank you very much for such a quick response. We do not intend to sell JotForm, our service simply utilizes forms for data collection. Thank you again!
