Hi, I recently sent a question regarding the fact that I have created email@example.com as a New User to my account. They replied to say that he should have received a 'Welcome' email. He still has not received this even though I added him on Friday of last week.

The email is sent immediately. I checked our logs and the invitation was sent. Please ask the sub-user to check the spam folder. I'm sure the email is there. If not, ask the user to just create an account with Jotform. Send the invite again using the same email address then the user should be able to see the folder of the main account in My Forms page.
