When i try to downgrade, jotform sends me to paypal and they will not allow me to cancel reaccuring payment. Why?

    Hi,

    Can you try this process and see if you have any better luck?

    1. Log into your PayPal account
    2. Find the latest payment you made to us
    3. Click on your subscription number
    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

    It is cancelled but my account says premium "cancelled". I still however
    want the free service.

    Ah that just means, you will be automatically downgraded to FREE (with the associated submission limits etc) when the time you have already paid for expires, thats September 12th.
