    Hello everyone,

I'm trying to write a form which will work offline so I noticed that all the required files are on my local machine and the only time that I need an Internet connection is on submission.

Is there a way which I could save the filled data into a file on my computer without accessing the network?

My form has several pages ( 30 pages ) each page has 1 question and I want all the answer saved in my computer.

I'm feeling that form only in my computer so I don't need it to be published for other users

Thanks and have a nice day.

    We offer fillable PDF forms:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator

But it is not currently possible to create fillable PDF free forms from the new form layout.  In order to use fillable PDF forms, you would need to disable the new form layout from the account settings page:

Once the new form layout is disabled, create a new form.  The new form using the old layout will allow for creating a fillable PDF copy.  Fillable PDF copies can be filled out offline and then submitted when a connecting is present.

I have a problem with the fillable PDF forms.

I can't let the people who answer the form to see the next question without having the answer to the current question and in the PDF form they can easily scroll a bit down and see the next questions.

Is there a way to solve that?

In the fillable PDF version, there is no way to have the form load a single page at a time.  Fillable PDF forms are quite limited in functionality compared to web forms.

So how can I save the textarea in local file and after the person who answers the form finished, open the file and see the answers ?

You would need to create a fillable PDF form and send them the file.  They would need to fill it out and then send the file back to you.  There is no way to have the file stored locally on your computer and have someone fill it out from another location.
