I have lost my forms and the ones in my website don't work

Asked by redhothnds on August 25, 2012 at 06:45 PM

Please help us restore our forms.  We had two accounts, one under redhothnds@cox.net and the other hallclassics@cox.net - I don't know what's happening, but I didn't do anything wrong

Your accounts and the form on the URL given all look fine.

What is the exact problem that you are having with them?

Have you checked your spam email folders for the submissions?

You can also check the submissions on JotForm itself, have you tried looking for them there?

Click on MY Forms, click on the form, then click on the submissions icon to check.

    Dear Jotform Management,
We had three (3) forms with Jotform.com and we've altered them all to jotform.net? Is that workable?
Because they still don't work....what or when will your site be back up from the Secret Service defilement?
If there's something else we need to do, please inform us so these forms will work? We thank you for
the past use of these forms and though we are a senior couple, what would be the charge to upgrade

Hello.  I found a form in your backtoedensocialclub.com website and the said form is associated to the username hallclassics.  The hallclassics username also has three forms in it, including the form that is embedded in the backtoedensocialclub.com site.  Can you try to login to that account and check if these are the usernames that you're looking for?
