Approval Process, Hidden Pages

The student initiates the form. The request is then approved or denied by the instructor. All of that is working correctly. Now, here's my roadblock: Upon instructor approval, the student  needs to receive an email and must then complete page 3. 

Additionally, page 3 will also need to display the "Instrument Must Be Returned By" field that the instructor has chosen (on page 2) as a read only field on page 3. 

I cloned and tested your form, so I could see the workflow. And the email came after the approval. 

So that part worked. 

Now regarding the page 3, I'm not sure how you planned to show that. But the student would have to have a way to edit that submission so he/she can access the page 3.

Is that how you had it in mind?

Hm. I need to think more about this form. I can't articulate what I want it to do. Thank you for your help.
