My payment is not being processed. Originally signed up to integrate w braintree. That didn't work you neither JotForm or Braintree did anything to help. Said the other party should. So I choose square with Jotform. Now my Square payment has an error saying it needs a "token." I contacted square and they replied saying:

Although Square integrates with JotForm to process payments, all API functions are operated and managed by JotForm. For help with JotForm-specific questions, you’ll need to submit a ticket with their support team or visit their Support Center.
If for some reason they’re not able to help you, please reply back to me with your JotForm ticket number, and I’ll see what I can do from my side.

I really hope you guys help me. This is getting ridiculous, I just want to accept payments on my form! This is the second payment company so if you guys can't help me with this I know I need a different form provider who actually helps. That would suck considering all the work I've put into JotForm. Please resolve this today!! THANKS

Would you mind letting us know where we could see the problem in the form or how to replicate it? Or send us a screenshot of the problem. Your Square integration appears to be working correctly. The Square Connect section shows that your Square account is already connected.
If the token error you see is with the Square Connect button, then I would suggest re-authenticating your account with Square. Just click the same button and input your Square details in the popup. Note that you need to allow popups for Jotform to see it.
