Order tracking form

hi i need a form to let user to track thier submsion, i will update the status for the order
my user just need to input thier order number and name or phone number on the form.
and the information can show up.
im currently using google document let them fill all the information.
and has spreadsheet with all the information, but i don't wanna show everything to everyone, so if there is a form i can do so,let me know

I am not exactly sure if I understood your question correctly. Do you want to show a spreadsheet of each of your users on your form?  

You can create a separate spreadsheet for each of your users embed it to your form with iFrame embed widget. 

Then you can use the conditions logic to show the spreadsheet of the specific user based on the order number they have entered.
