We have a Love After Marriage survey created in our account that applicants complete for our workshops. However, we have small organizations that would like to use the same survey on a smaller scale, but we don't want to have to duplicate the process.

You can clone the form in your account if you mean to copy/duplicate it for another workshop. Here's our guide on how to clone a form:
https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account
If you mean to get a copy of the submissions in the form, you can simply access the submissions page and download the data there. You can export the submissions as Excel, CSV or PDF.

If the above didn't answer your question, please let us know and add more details about it so we can assist you further.

We want paper or electronic copies of our survey for people who will not be able to use jotform. How do we access the forms to be able to print or get electronic copies.

Either add a print button to the form and print from the form directly:
https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms
Or create a fillable PDF copy of the form and print that:
I would recommend print directly from the form as it will produce better results.
