I upgraded and just got charged $390 instead of $39?????

    It looks like you selected Silver Yearly instead of Silver Monthly.  I cancelled your subscription and refunded your payment.  You should see a refund of $390.00 posted to your card in the next 5-7 business days.

    When you create the new subscription, please make sure to check the box for monthly instead of yearly to ensure you are charged for the correct subscription.

    Thanks - I caught the choice the first time and nothing seemed to process, must have missed in the rush . thanks for the quick reply.
