It looks like you selected Silver Yearly instead of Silver Monthly. I cancelled your subscription and refunded your payment. You should see a refund of $390.00 posted to your card in the next 5-7 business days.
When you create the new subscription, please make sure to check the box for monthly instead of yearly to ensure you are charged for the correct subscription.
