How can I integrate a form into a google sheet folder structure?
For example, in the parent folder on my google sheets is Uploaded Forms- then the next folder is Flexogenix, then the last folder is Flexogenix.com Knee-Flex Form- how do I type this up in the integration field?

From what I understand you want to have two folders Flexogenix > Flexogenix.com then Knee-Flex Form as your document. Unfortunately this is not possible with jotform google sheet integration. The integration only allows one folder level before form document that is in your case Flexogenix > Knee-Flex Form. Kindly check on the link below on how this can be accomplished
