There have been 3 submissions - 1 real and 2 bogus/test applications. None of them were received nor do they show as having been submitted.
I checked the settings and they seem to be correct.
Can you help me troubleshoot this?

I have checked the only form on the website you shared with us, however, I am not seeing any records showing that there were submissions made on that form. There is no submissions on the form's submission page — How-to-view-Submissions nor any emails alert that is associated with the form on the email history page of the account — How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

Did you make the submissions you mentioned directly on the form's direct link or from the website you shared? Did it show you the Thank-You page of the form when you did?
We would like to test this on our end, may we ask permission to make test submissions on the form, please?

You don’t see any submissions because something isn’t working right; that is why I submitted my request for help.
The submissions were made from the website I shared.
If the Thank-You page was shown, it was lightning fast and then gone.
