Thanks so much for your reply. I think I may have in the meantime worked
out the problem.
I have a website set up in Adobe Muse that has been uploaded to Business
Catalyst so that the client can approve it all before going live.
The forms don't seem to work in this BC site, but I have now also put
them into their current live site and they are working so I believe the
problem lies with the fact that the site has not been launched and is
not visible to the public or search engine yet.
If I have any issue when the site goes live I will contact you.
