My emails are going to the wrong address from my contact form?

    I cannot figure out how to divert emails from the contact form to the address in Jotform for the site.  Is this a Jotform issue or WP issue?

    I checked your form and there is s condition set to send the email:

    I checked your submissions and there is a word "Bonnie" there, but with capital B. And in your condition is lowercase. So that's why the emails weren't sent.

    You could set for uppercase as well:

    And that should work.
