Form access

Estoy creando un formulario para la web de un cliente. Necesito que, aparte de llegarle los formularios por email, poder acceder a decargarlos en Excel o CSV para tratarlos desde administración. Es posible darle un acceso a su formulario sin que acceda a toda mi cuenta, que solo pueda consultar el formulario que yo le autorice??
