I am creating  new form and I would like to include a hyperlink that directs you to a new page.  I have figured out how to add the hyperlink, but it opens in the same page basically negating all of the other information I've added.  Is there a way to prompt the link to open in a new tab or page?

<p><span style="color: #000000; background-color: #ffff00;">Please remember to complete the Associate Change Form as well if necessary after completing this form.</span></p>
    <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ff00ff;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;"><a style="color: #000000; background-color: #ff00ff;" target="_blank" href="" rel="nofollow noopener" rel="noopener noreferrer"></a></span></strong></span></p>
