I contacted you earlier as one of my forms has reverted back to an earlier version and I wanted to know how to restore it to the current version. The answer I have is:Answered by aubreybourke
You can revert your form to an earlier state in your form history:
However, the version which we have been using since Apr is not listed in the Form Revision History. Are you able to restore the version we were using up until 29th August 2017

The changes in the Month of April are listed in the Revision History. Do you mean to say that you've made some updates after April, but they are not listed in the revision? Please let us know. Otherwise, I would suggest checking again and revert the form from the list.
You also made some changes today.
Note that if you think you are missing revisions, please let us know and we'll be glad to create a ticket about it. Please don't forget the timeframes so we can also note it.

Yes, that is correct. The version that is showing is not the one we have been using for the last few months and there are elements missing. You can see this from the download.
For example - the first question is 'Interview or BLAST meeting. Yesterday there were 3 options with conditions programmed for the 3rd option

Thank you for the additional information. I have just created a ticket about the issue in this thread. If we find something, we will let you know here. Please keep the form as it is until we give you the update. Otherwise, please inform us about the changes you've made so we can also note it in the ticket, so our developers will have the idea what to check.
For forms like this, long forms, we recommend backing them up before making changes. You can backup the form by cloning it.
