Hello,
I previously had a Jotform login under my old employer's master account (meg.spisich@americanbar.org). I have since changed positions and am no longer under that same management but have the same email address and am trying to set up a new account with that email address. I asked my old colleague who manages the account to remove my email address from their account, and she did, but I still get a message that my email address is unavailable when I try to sign up. What do I need to do in order to start a new account?

The username LaurenKrauth is still associated with your email address. They need to change your JotForm account email in their My Accounts Profile page

You could also create an account under a different email address and then update the account to your desired address.
