Not sure what the story might be... here is the form - https://form.jotform.us/72368261485160. Will have them retest and have a second person test later today.

Upon checking it seems your form is working fine. Unless they had an error with their credit card information which causes it to stuck..

It also worked for me when I made a test on the cloned version of your form.
Perhaps it was a user-end error, most likely related to the credit card.
Please tell them to try it one more time and let us know how it goes.
