For the brochure options Selecting the Right School and International Advising, the calculations are not working.

    The calculation values should be

    10 copies:$0

    25 copies: $3

    50: $6

    75: $9

    100: $12

I checked your form and did but it appears to be working fine on my end. Can you try refreshing your browser or clear its cache and see if it works right after?

    Thanks.

Go to the Payment section and you'll see the total is $333 instead of $6

It may be a problem with the form calculation wizard, but I can't tell which subtotals refer to which field in that box.

    Hello sarahieca,

Took me sometime to figure out, but finally found this on your Total amount due field:

Notice that between the three subtotals (two on top, and the next below it), they do not have any mathematical operations in between. They need a plus sign in order to compute correctly. Otherwise, it will concatenate or just sit next to each other to form a number.

So if you fix the formula by adding plus signs in between the subtotal elements, it should compute properly the result

Thank you, now it is close but still not 100%. When I order Selecting the Right School brochures, the cost is incorrect. Perhaps there is an extra subtotal for this item in the payment widget, but I cannot tell which subtotal each refers to in this widget. Is there a way to tell?

There is an extra one, you only have 19 subtotal fields, and in the calculation for the Total Amount Due, you have listed 20 subtotal fields. Unfortunately, there is now way to tell which one is repeating as they all have the same label.

The best way would be create the calculation from the scratch, I have done it in a clone version: https://form.jotformpro.com/72415997015966

You may test it, and clone it in your account if you want to: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
