Does autoresponder email sends even submit button is not yet clicked

    Does the autoresponder email send to a person completing the form, even if they have not submitted the form?  I have a client who received this email, yet I never received the form submission email (when submitted a second time, I received the second form submission email, and have not had a problem receiving form submission emails prior to this).

    No autoresponder only sends out when the customer successfully hit the "Submit" button.  Maybe it was an email issue on your end?, does it still happen lately?

    I have been able to receive a submission today from the same contact that filled out the form originally, to my knowledge it hasn't happened before or since

    It was possibly a glitch. Don't hesitate to contact us again if this issue still persist.

    Hello,
    This same situation has happened with another client of ours today.  I seem to be getting some of these emails but not all of them when they are submitted; I double checked and my email is listed correctly under the "notification email."

    I haven't had a problem with receiving these emails before the past couple of days, would you have a workaround for this?

    I have been checking your form as well as the recipient email address, I've noticed that the emails are sending without any problem. 

    You could also check this on your end by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History 

    I would also recommend you to check your spam/junk folders.

    Also, do you have the email from the original submission you mentioned that you did not receive the submission? 

    We will be glad to further check it  on our end and find if the submission exists or not.
